About the Role You’ll support children birth through age 18 in Early Intervention, clinic-based therapy, or a blend of both. You’ll collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team and may supervise a PT Assistant (PTA) and fieldwork students.
What You’ll Do
Carry a pediatric caseload (birth–18)
Complete initial and ongoing evaluations across gross motor, mobility, balance, strength, coordination, and functional skills
Develop and update treatment plans and documentation
Partner with therapists across multiple disciplines
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and interns
What You Bring
Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy and state licensure (PT)
Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)
Early Intervention credential preferred
Pediatric experience strongly preferred
Valid Illinois driver’s license & insurance
