Lifelong Access is seeking an Intake Coordinator. As the largest provider of pediatric therapy services in McLean County, we are excited to continue growing our program with an exceptional team of professionals. Pay: $21–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time (5 days per week with some flexibility in hours; preferred working hours are 8 AM–4 PM or 10 AM–6 PM)
Primary responsibilities include:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will typically work in an office setting. Employee will have prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Point of contact for referrals (families interested in services); responsible for guiding families through referral process.
- Point of contact for intakes (clients ready to begin services); responsible for guiding families through intake steps -- necessary forms, insurance, and coordination with scheduling
- Responsibility for maintenance of waitlist.
- Point of contact for scheduling of therapy clients.
- Shares front desk duties with 1-2 other support staff; rotational basis.
- May be responsible for some weekly reporting.
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience working in an office setting, preferably in a medical environment.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively despite interruptions and distractions.
- Ability to function and work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Effective listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license with safe driving record.
- Current proof of automobile insurance.
