About the Role
You’ll support children birth through age 18 in Early Intervention, clinic-based therapy, or a blend of both. You’ll collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team and may supervise SLP Assistants and fieldwork students.


What You’ll Do
  • Carry a pediatric caseload (birth–18)
  • Conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments of speech, language, communication, feeding/swallowing, and social-pragmatic skills
  • Develop and update treatment plans and documentation
  • Partner with therapists across multiple disciplines
  • Supervise SLP Assistants and interns
What You Bring
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP certification
  • Illinois SLP license (or license-eligible)
  • Early Intervention credential preferred, or willingness to train
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred
  • Valid Illinois driver’s license & insurance
